What are your hours of operation?

Monday               - 5pm to 11:00 pm

Tuesday              - Closed

Wed/Thur            - 5pm to 11:00 pm

Friday                  - 5pm to 12:30 am

Saturday             - 2pm to 12:30 am

Sunday               - 2pm to 9:30 pm

How much does it cost?

2 player cost is $40 per person plus tax. 3 or more is $35 per person plus tax.

When should I arrive?

Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled 'performance'. 

What happens if I'm late?

All games must end on time. There is a 15 minute admin time upon arrival, so it's best not to arrive late.

Can you accomodate larger groups or events?

Yes we can! Please give us a call to learn more details.

How long will the experience last?

Count on being here for approximately 90 minutes. Arrive 15 minutes prior to start of game, up to 1 hour in the room, and another 15 minutes for debriefing.

Is there an age restriction?

16 and over can play. Under 16 requires adult supervision in the room.

What if I want to add another player?

Because our experiences are private, you cannot add additional players online. However, you can bring them with you and pay for the additional player at the Will Call desk.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule online up to 48 hours prior to your game. Within 48 hours, you will receive a store credit for up to two months, unless your booking falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.  If on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, there is a 20% rescheduling fee that will be deducted from your credit. 

For event packages, there is a $150 non-refundable fee.

Will I be playing with strangers?

All our escape experiences are private. The game lounge is open to all - up to capacity - unless reserved for an event.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have a free parking lot.
